The Gachapon Machine should be setup in an easily accessible position with level ground. Client agrees to provide: (1) a 6′ x 8′ area for the Giant Gachapon; and (3) a 220V, 20 amps, Type G 3 prong standard electrical outlet within 20 feet of the defined area.

The specific power need for each game will vary from unit to unit, but arcade games do not require a lot of power.
On a regular 13 amp circuit, you can usually plug in 2-3 games. Power requirements are specified on each product page.

Yes, we provide a complimentary capsules ball on loan for your event. It will be returned to us after the conclusion of the event.
We do recommend you to recycle these by placing a small basket beside the claw machine at your event. ​​​​
